Through processes of:
Strengthening the leadership of social and community actors.
Positioning of citizen agendas and plans for peace, life, and local development.
Citizen oversight and social control of public plans and policies.
Strategic partnerships in favor of an inclusive development model (round tables, networks, alliances, platforms, etc.).
